I am licensed in the state of GA to provide physical therapy services to all ages and individuals. My residency training and specialization is in pediatrics, though I also enjoy working with adults. Specific patient populations and impairments I can treat include developmental delay, torticollis, cerebral palsy, developmental coordination disorder, Down Syndrome, neuromuscular conditions, consequences of prematurity, congenital heart conditions, muscle weakness, balance impairments, difficulty walking, impaired mobility, various orthopedic conditions, and sports injuries.
Not right away, but maybe eventually. In the state of GA, PTs can treat patients without a referral from a medical provider for 8 visits or 21 days. Since many pediatric conditions require ongoing treatment and collaboration with a team of medical professionals, a referral from the primary care provider will facilitate better care for your child.
Fees are as follows:
Initial Evaluation: $130
Follow up treatment sessions: $100/session
I offer out of network physical therapy services. In order to provide the best quality care, with an emphasis on one-on-one patient time and flexible scheduling, I have decided not to contract with any insurance providers. I accept payment at the time of service, in form of cash, credit, debit, FSA, or HSA benefits. You may be eligible for reimbursement from your insurance provider with out of network benefits. I will provide you with a superbill that you can upload and submit to your insurance company.
